Changes can be made with one or more products of equal or greater value.
Transport costs of the product to be changed and the replacement product are boe by the buyer unless our store bears sole responsibility.
These costs are €2.50 for the retu and €2.50 for sending the new product. Total €5.
For retus from Cyprus the cost is €22 for parcels up to 2 kg.
Any costs arising due to the increased weight of the new products are boe by the buyer.
In the event of a defect or any other reason that makes it necessary to change the product, then it is replaced with the same product if it is available.
If it is not available, it is replaced with a different product of equal or greater value.
In case of fault of our store, the transport costs are charged to the store.
Based on Law 2251/1994 you have the right of withdrawal without any justification for purchases from our online store within 14 calendar days of delivery.

The withdrawal request to our store must be made electronically or in writing and the products to be retued must be in their original packaging (if any), in their original condition, with all tags and labels, not have been washed and be accompanied by the legal proof of purchase.
In case of withdrawal, you will be refunded the amount of the value of the products purchased, as well as any initial shipping costs. Excluded are additional costs that you may have chosen as an additional service in addition to the basic shipping method offered (e.g. cash on delivery or same day delivery).
You must send back the goods at your own expense or deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of the day you tell us that you are withdrawing. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the goods before the end of the 14 day period.
The refund is made through the same means of payment used for the original transaction (unless otherwise agreed) and within 14 days from the day of submission of the withdrawal form.
In no case are retus and changes made to products that are a special order, such as parade uniforms.
We also do not accept changes and retus on clothing or other products that have been made to order or corrected, as soon as the constriction.
